YUMMMM Time

I love this time of year
It’s the time of good cheer.
Already the green and red cover the mall
Making it a little more cheerful for all

This portion of the year is the time to eat
Soon I won’t be able to see my feet. (LOL)
I can already smell the turkey
And the teriyaki beef jerky

OOOO the marshmallows and yams
And two or three sweet and tasty hams
I love the pies, pecan, and pumpkin spice
And everything else that is so nice

I can smell it now and get fat just breathing
What’s going to happen when we start eating
Spending time with love ones and friends
Good times and fun til it all ends.

But I pray it won’t end
For that would be a sin
We can have this good cheer
All throughout the year.
