World, take my soul by the heart-it starts writing today!
It is all going to be strange and new to it for a while, and I wish you would sort of treat it gently. You see, up to now, it has been the Speaker to me only. He has been a monologue speaker. I have always been around to be a patient listener, and I have always been an empathizer to its feelings.
But now things are going to be different. This day it is going to start writing to 'YOU', with every key pressed on this board, it will convey its emotions to World.
To be a writer(- babu) it will require it to be matured, be presentable. So, World, I wish you would take it by its gentle heart and teach it the things it need to know. Teach it-but gently, if you can.
It will have to learn, I know, that all readers are not appreciators. Teach it, behind every criticism, there is a true lover.
Teach it, to speak the fact, may it be against his own interest. Teach it, to disagree without being disagreeable. Teach it, to walk against the mob, whenever needed. World but dont coddle it, because only the test of fire makes fine steel.
This is a big order, World, but see what you can do. It is an innocent lad.
