We human beings are of weird nature. Really, we are weird. Why cant we think straight. We always adore others, but fail to recognize ourselves. We admire the food of five star hotel after paying thousand rupees, but fail to admire the cooked food of our mom, who does it daily. Who wants her child to be healthy and happy. We call our girlfriend everyday to check whether she is alright, but never call our father or mother once in a week to check whether they are in good. We fail to understand that one call from us means to them so much. We speak of bad government, bad politics, but we don't want to join the politics and clean the system. We study but never learn. We eat but never digest. We talk but never understand. We fight but without the idea of what we are fighting for. We want to be like someone but never ever think once of changing ourselves.
I don't know what more to say, but this new year take at least a pledge to change yourself. I will too.
