why it doesn't happen??

I peep out through the window,
To see if you have come,
I respond to every voice,
In a hope that you will call me sometime,
But I don't know why it doesn't happen?

I stare at every eye,
Wishing somehow yours will be one amongst them,
While looking at stars and imagining things,
I want you to be right beside me,
But I dont know y it doesn't happen???

When I sit on the tallest peak,
And shed my tears in loneliness,
I want you to hold my hand,
And vanish my sadness,
But I don't know why it doesn't happen??:-(
