why guys are so desperate?

desperation leads to all kinds of crime in my point of view.
yesterday something happened with my friend, she was waiting for her friend when someone passed her a comment"kiska wait kar rahi ho?hum hain na." i heard it today from her. and i am feeling so bad. feel real bad to be living in this country which is reluctant to change. ASHAMED-the most apt word for it.
