Wanted-A poem

I have longed for you,
I have asked for you.
To be touched by you,
To be felt by you.
In the vast ocean ahead,
I have searched a drop.
In the enormous cloud above,
I have searched a fluffy spot.
Still you elude me,
Still your presence is absent.
Somewhere in the dream,
You hide,unseen by me.
In the cold winter night,
I have wanted your embrace.
In the hot summer morning,
I have wanted your shade.
I know I want a lot,
I know I hope a lot.
I know you know too,
My want is your want.
