I read this morning that belly dancing is good. It helps you rid yourself of stubborn belly fat. Those middle eastern girls dancing, remember?
I thought I would go to some site and learn it.
Some time later, I remembered a joke. No one was around me. I laughed aloud. I laughed so much that I noticed my belly was moving up and down in rapid succession, my shoulders shook hard, my lips wide apart...eyes narrowed down.
In fact an entire body exercise. I must have laughed about one minute. Endorphins..feel good hormones- were released and I rose up totally refreshed.
I didn't even have to sit cross legged..saffron clad...

Wow! I thought to myself. It's certainly an awesome exercise. Not strenuous at all. All facial muscles expanded, then relaxed...I was in fact glowing!
So I decided I'd laugh five minutes a day just simply.
I'd just glance through some WriterBabu posts or better still look up some of their funny names...
and let go and roll on the floor laughing!
I'm calling it the 'Mallu baba' exercise.
