A person’s life in the first half, I mean till he is 25, is totally influenced by a word which we call as Education. Why does a person educate himself? According to me he should to that to develop himself in getting rational, making justice, taking right decisions, to learn about life, to learn how this world works and to pacify his curiosity of learning. But today the answer given by many will be that they educate themselves to get a good job or just for a qualification!
You remember how you learned to ride a bicycle? You tried continuously for very long time with a support of side wheels or your parents. And one day when you looked back while riding, there is no one holding it, your parents are admiring you from a distance and you were free. This is the correct form of education, were you learned something. How good it would be if today, the parents role(teaching to ride bicycle) was taken by teachers and the son’s (the one learning to ride)taken by students. But, unfortunately that’s not happening. Here students are learning to earn marks which in future they expect to get converted into money and teachers are busy doing there monotonous but money giving duty. Why do students make mischief or bunk the classes or disturb the teachers? Its simple: I am telling this as a student myself that this is nothing but the frustration of students. They are not understanding what the teachers teach, They don’t simply like the subject, and its getting very monotonous and hectic! And this is not how we learned to ride bicycle.
We live in a great country which is criticised by us Indians only the most! If we don’t believe in our country then obviously its development will be ceased. The things we do or should I say the things we dream to do indirectly contributes to our nation. ‘What would be your nation like if ,you were not born here’ ask yourself this question and if you get a satisfactory answer then consider it that you are on right way but if you do not, you got to do something about that.
Learning something should be with curiosity, with interest and with pleasure. Learning it should make you happy. Getting answers you wanted, Questioning the wrong answers. Knowing the difference between theory and practical, implementing the theory practically. Its nothing but Education! After a year of learning, when a student looks back, they will find there teachers who thought them are blessing them, congratulating them and they will be free. Now, that they are educated. They could ride the bicycle!
