Skinned at the surface,
Sore deep inside.
Sick of emotions,
The ones I have to hide.
Hurt replaces anger,
And reason goes out quick.
An urge to hit someone,
So hard that it makes me sick.
They say I can't be mad,
They say I have no right.
They say I've got to listen,
That I can't put up a fight.
I scream into the voids,
I live on misunderstood.
I continue to be me,
Instead of what I wish I could.

Nice. Try to find what will happen when you'll die? What's the purpose of this life? Are we free to live as we desire or are we accountable?
When you have invested all the brains and you feel you can't come up with a consistent explanaton/theory, and you are about to give up, just then, pick up an english translation of Quran, and read it. :)

or refer to verse in Quran 19.97 where it implies that Quran is given in the native's langue so that they can understand the wish of the almighty. You have your own books for that matter why to go for a book which was given specifically for people speaking Arabic.

The message transends the language.
For this reason, no language, culture or race is empty of Muslims. Be it an african, or a mongol, or a caucasian or an Indian, they are everywhere, praying in a single direction. :)
