STUPID VS. INTELLIGENT

Only intelligent persons can be crooked. The stupid can only follow. They are the faithful, the believers or the flock. In days of monarchy and kingship, they have not posed problems as such for others. But in democracy, which is now the most preferred form of governance, these stupid majority make the government.
