Sitting at the balcony;
Watching the serene rain;
Through my window pane;
I sometimes wonder;
Where & who my soul - mate is!

I'm ought to ask myself;
Where is he?
What must he be doing at this moment?
Have I seen him?
In a crowd or just a glance?

One whom I saw in my dream?
I think of him so much;
But, has he thought of me?
His charming princess,
At least once?
Is he listening to me?

Was drowned in inane thoughts;
Far, long & deep!
Empty & asinine dreams!
Like Simran of DDLJ;
In quest, yearning for Raj!
Until I felt someone;
Hailing my name;
Mom inquired at my perplexed face;
Where are you starring at?

I just smiled looking at her!
Of course, Question was too simple;
Yet complicated to answer!!
