Agreed ! Everything is agreed. We will work together. Yes we will work in the coalition with all the big movements, campaign, lobbyist, and social activist who is working for the cause of Nation building where everyone will have a say. We will come out on road, we will lead agitations, we will organize Dharna and Pardarshan and even fight with government in the court for Justice. We make all the effort so that the transparency and accountability of the Court should be not questionable any more. Yes we will rise for this!!!
But, here we have an argument. We are not academician, reputed social worker, activist or a big lawyer but still we gather courage to ask you some basic questions. This just comes in our mind when we were presenting our organization in a recent conference. This can be a genuine question or it can be said as a frustrating argument, but we will raise this issues and we will brings this to the concern of people who are involved in this with a hope to fix accountability for the judiciary system.
So, why the argument of fixing things are always lined in a upward down manner and not in a down to top approach which is the most preferred way for solving a problem. Why it always framed in a way which suits the people of Delhi lobby? Why the whole discussion is centered around a round table in which the same set of people in the same place dominates the whole discussion and always tries to formulate the issues which suits them the most ? And then with the help of their contacts in the higher circle they shape it in a way that pretends to be the burning concern of the common people. Why the concern of the common people are diluted by these lobbyist in their own favor which suit them the most.
Alright!!!! the point is that when everyone knows that 75% of the cases which comes in the court are the cases which can be easily solved in the Gram Nayalaya. These cases are twisted by the Thana for the sake of extracting money and thus went to the court and if we focus on the reform of lower judiciary system then their is fair chance that millions of people all across the country will be benefited. but as this work demand the presence of these lobbyist in the village and other rural belt. It is the reason where we are totally left apart and sideline in this system.
Lots of more reason are their which people of Delhi group understand very well but they ignore it blindly. We don’t want to go inside its detail.
