I have been thinking about it for very long time and finally I am posting it. This is something that came to my mind when I was making my Positive-Psycho’s assignment which also included the topic ‘Self-Talk’. So, here it is.
‘As we go about our daily lives we are constantly thinking about and interpreting the situations we find ourselves in. It is as though we have an internal voice inside our head that determines how we perceive every situation. We call this inner voice our ‘self-talk’, and it includes our conscious thoughts as well as our unconscious assumptions or beliefs.’
‘It shows us the right path for our lives, it advises us not to commit same mistakes again and again, it reminds us that we are good at something, and it make us aware of our weakness.’
