"We can go deeper with every aspect of our life when we listen from our heart space. We can have deeper relationships when we speak from our heart.
If you have a conflict this week with someone, before you say anything to them, before you go into reaction — it’s okay to have a moment of reaction and anger, but try not to speak it. FEEL it. Feel and sense the upset, whatever it is, and then move your energy into the space of the heart.
Ask your heart, “What would the response be if I were to address this person from my heart? What would the words look like? What would the communication be? What would it feel like?”
Just allow yourself to communicate. Try it a couple of times this week when you remember to do so. When you try and communicate, during a moment of upset or conflict,
do it from the heart.
Remember to communicate with yourself when you’re having a moment of upset or frustration. Move from that place of the heart. See what shows up."
