She was winter. She was at the doorsteps to knock on the doors of that small city - a small, peaceful and beautiful city. Apparently, the city has also opened its doors to welcome.
The boy and the girl were playing in a similar fashion. The boy was as fresh and charming as a winter sun. On the other hand, the girl had started her second campus life and settled in it. She was just as peaceful and beautiful as the city in which she was now living. The two had come from a long journey since their first meeting. They were not just on “talking terms” as the public would like to say. They liked each other’s presence in their lives.
So, the “family boy” was about to take an adventure-ride. Yes, it was his first, but, nonetheless, he was just as confident to take it as he should have been. He had decided that he would meet her. He would not allow the physical distance to play in between them. (Yes, they were regions apart.) His studies were crucial at the moment, but, so was to have a sight of the soul which had made an inception in his mind and dreams.
And, clearing his mind for the last time, he called her up in night and told that he would not be able to meet as they were planning. Oh well, don’t you people get surprised, it was a trick. He wanted to give her a surprise. Next morning, he jumped onto a train to Shimla. He just could not content the pleasure. Vivaciously smiling, he felt all the goose bumps right in the place one is supposed to have. He recollected himself and thought, why not share this joy with her. Yeah yea, he was that kind of simpleton, not able to hide just even a single little thing from her. He just couldn’t lie to her.
He called her up to tell that he was coming. (Of course, I am saving the exact conversations. It’s your task to fill them up.) She jumped into the air! Oh Lord! You are so great. And, now, she was almost consumed by the idea of meeting him again. His side of story was similar. With Almighty’s wishes, the journey ended a little late. (Waiting increases the pleasure afterwards, right?)
There was a tunnel very close to the final stop. They decided to meet up at an end of the tunnel. But, which end? Apparently, the boy had reached earlier. He sat at a bench. With some sharp light coming from the other end of tunnel, he barely identified her figure. It was her. And, he stood. Walking towards each other, they almost ignored all the traffic passing by them.
