How hard and how frequently, one can bite one's opponent defines the political culture across the globe. All the systems of things appear to be driven by love for hatred, power and money. In some democracies- rather capitalist democracies- the unsavoury things are carried out in civilized and organised manner so that public decorum is maintained.
