Perfect couple WE were. Yes 'were' because she
left him alone. She had to leave as she had no other
choice. But he never got upset due to her absence
because for him she still belong to him. Yeah he do
miss talking to her, meeting her, looking in her
eyes, hanging out with her but it's okay, for love
isn't just about talking, meeting or hanging
together but it's about that unbreakable bond
between two souls. Unbreakable? Yes the bond
between them is still unbreakable at least from his
side.
He has a hope that one day she'll return to him and
will surrender herself in his arms completely. The hope
which is still alive in him since last 5yrs for her had
promised that no matter what she'll come back to
him. But even though after 5yrs she hasn't returned.
He still takes flowers, cards, chocolates and a tiffin
filled with suzi ka halwa and kheer for her once in
a year but she doesn't even bother to talk to him
once. He leaves all those things where she used to live, on her door step and speaks “Main abhi bhi gussa hoon
tumse. You promised me that you'll come back to
me no matter what. I bring chocolates, cards,
flowers even your favourite suzi ka halwa and kheer
but tum to batati hi nahi ke kaisa bana hai. Main Tumse
baat nahi karunga.”
People ask him “Even though you visit your
Girlfriend once in an year why don't you cry?”
“Why should I cry? I'm her Guy I promised her that I won't cry. She'll
have to cry because main bohot gussa hoon us'se.
Vo jaldi aati hi nahi manane.” He replies.
“Perfect couple you both were.”They say.
“Perfect couple we still are.” He says with a smile.
