Yesterday I came to know that my maid is just going to become a crorepati!
No jokes. Am serious.
You see, the slum where she lives in, right besides our building, is going for rehabilitation. So they are offering the slum dwellers a whopping 1.5 crores to leave the place.
Now the poor are also smart..they demanded a place to stay near the vicinity..how far that has gone through I have no idea..
but one thing I know my maid Jyotsnabai is becoming a crorepati rather patni haha.
Imagine the scenario in my home. My poor hubby will have to work nearly all his life, still that much amount would be just in our dreams.
I'm a little apprehensive now. Will Jyotsnabai start ordering me around that is if she still continues working for me?
Would she make me do the jhaadu pocha instead of doing it herself?
I shudder.
I mean she is a crorepati na?
Would she get back at me and other Maddums in the building for the times we complained behind her back?
Will she plonk herself on my sofa and demand her cup of chai??
Worst case scenario..she'd drop her kids to the American school in her Mercedes car and sneer at us as my son walks to the bus stop to go to college!
