It is so easy to hate India as a Pakistani and vice versa. But India is a HUGE nation. Are all of them hateful? Sounds insane. Doesn't it?
Was watching the talk shows few days back where the anchors were screaming of the injustice India is bringing upon pakistan by attacking it's borders.
My first reaction was of shock and dislike.
Surprisingly Pakistani media had some scruples to have an Indian on board for sharing their view point.
I told myself to get a leash on my emotions as blind hatred is the easiest to achieve and is the doing of the dim witted.
I heard the Indian fellow say something like oh we have had countless problems due to Pakistan. Their 'de shat gards' come to our land and ruin our peace. I had heard the same from Pakistan' s side and they claimed India funds Talibans to create ruckus.
I switched the TV off! These people only a hand full if think they will make us hate the people who have no inkling of this ruthlessness I refuse to be a part of it.
I love my country to death but so do they. If I say pakistan meri shan they say mera bharat mahan.
This sentiment instead of bringing hatred sparks respect!
We have no proof of who is right and who is wrong a few politicians who claim to have our best to their hearts cannot but my thinking process. I will not fall into their power struggle trap and hate the entire nation for it.
Pakistan and India had a a usual strained relation at the time of simla accord in 71. Benazir bhutto who as a young girl went to India was welcomed with so much love she could not help mentioning it repeatedly all through her life.
We As People Of 2 Great Nations Can Remedy This.
I pray for jawans and their families on both sides. Allah please protect US!!! From the fights of few.

The appreciation is beyond words.
Both sides have lost lives of loved ones. We Call The Martyrs ANd Award them. But nobody stays there long to feel and experience the grief and pain the families go through. The void the emotional paralysis their families harbour for generations. This has to stop.
People on both sides are loving people expose the bad in Pakistan bur nobody speaks of how the nation stood together when we had a massive earth quake. Likewise India has numerous examples to go by.
But we all succumb at some point and make wars in our own minds too.
And this is what we have to break ourselves free from.
a) That the Indian population has a common perception about the Pakistani army being hostile towards India while the civilians want friendlier relations.
b) Regarding freedom of media- historically Pakistan has not been a stable democracy and the politics would definitely take a toll on the freedom enjoyed by the media houses. But then freedom of the media isn't of absolute terms in India either if they are influenced by the corporate houses who fund them.
Another thing if we look for proofs and pay heed to the media and political we will NEVER reach peace amongst us.
I personally had zero hopes from modi nawaz duo for it. I think it's up to the open mindedNess of the nation's that a change can be brought about.
The best way and the only way to access the ground reality is by being there or talk to someone who have been there. You can read online easily the leading newspapers of India as well as Pakistan what they are saying. In India whole media is covered with how Pakistan is trying again to disrupt peace in Kashmir. People in India who hate Pakistan hate just because of what they have been told about what is going on in Kashmir and how Pakistan is responsible for this. But most of the logical Indian believe its not the common people of Pakistan but the military and the forces behind terrorist outfits.
History of history is such that it has always been written by the one in power. But it will change now. We should remember that whatever we write/blog/diary will be the history for years to come because now common people have access to write and publish. And it has given the power in hands of masses.
