Love at first sight... :)

It was Saraswati puja today .
The previous night I got a call from my best friend,
She invited me to her house for lunch on that auspicious day.

Since, on that day studying was not allowed..
Well,its been like that since many years.
People say you should not study on that day.

As my board exam starts next week, I thought why not study whole night the previous night..and wake up late today .
So I woke up today..around 12 ,
went for a shower..dressed myself in a kurta..and a jeans..
And I was ready to go .

I reached there around 1..the puja did not start yet..

I was the first one to reach.
Helped my best friend and her sister to make the arrangements for the puja.
Well, today ..its called bengali Valentines day..,,
On this day,the girls dress up in saree and boys in Punjabi.

People who live here knows how important is this day for girls and boys :P
A girl caught my eye..
She wore a red silk saree.
Oh She looked gorgeous.

I wanted to talk to her , be her friend.

Umm..Later on,
during the lunch..My best friend introduced me to a girl .
guess what,
It was that same red saree girl,
Tania.
Yes,that was her name.
She was in class 12, Assembly of God Church.

We had our lunch,Yes we both together sat beside each other in a single table.
ah, it was amazing.
She was so vibrant.
The way she talked..her looks ..

ah..then finished our lunch.
We exchanged numbers..it was time to part ways she lived in Elgin Road,near my school.
Her car was supposed to come since her mother called her up and ordered that she wont go back home alone.

I so wanted to drop her home..but which was not possible.

Don't know what happened..
the car broke down and her mother called and telling her to come back home alone.
Since, I decided that I won't leave until she leaves.
The wait did not go in vain.
She came up to me,I don't know how..but she could sense that I wanted to drop her home.

She asked and within a fraction of a second, I answered yes with a big smile .

Then we left .. :)

all thanks to my best friend , if she didn't arranged all these I could not have met her.
It seems it was love at first sight.
