Lord, I Need You

Life has its craziness. Life has its up and downs.
Days filled with loneliness. Nights alone without a sound,
But, Jesus, you are there, and you hear my little prayer.
Lord, I need you, please help me now.

My lonely and discouraged heart is calling your name.
My wayward soul is so very tired of this crazy game.
Come and fill me, Lord, with your perfect peace from above.
Today, I need your love, Lord, I need you.

When I am so far from you, and even when I’m near.
I will never need to wonder. I’ll never need to fear.
For, Jesus, you are there through a little prayer.
Lord, I need you, please, help me now.
