There are very few things in this world which bring as much joy as the pain that they bring along. There are very few things which bring as much stupidity as the rationalism that they bring along. But a look at these two lines together and we would reach an answer. As a matter of fact, i am sure a little thought on the above two lines would have brought you all to the same answer. Yes , I am talking about that same old cliche , that same old feeling which every time brings along with it a whole new meaning ,a whole new horizon. Let's talk about LOVE.
Centuries have passed in the past and many would pass in the future to find one perfect answer to what this whole "LOVE" , "Infatuation" , " Crush" thing means. These can be segregated and arranged into a descending or ascending order but let just leave that part to more intelligent and rational beings for the time being. All these things when come around in someone's life bring many different permutations and combination and boy it does take a toll to fit those combination together!!. One would think twice before doing something( matter of fact everything). Should I go there and talk ? , should i wait for an eye contact? what would those people think if i do so? These are the elementary questions that come and believe me these are elementary because as one clears one level the level and number of questions increases . Why haven't i received a call yet? What possible reason would have caused him/her to say this? It all gets as they say " Complicated" (thanks to Mark Zuckerberg this word defines now almost 90 % of things that are going around in people's lives) once you move along the ladder.
Having said that we wait for and want that "magic" to happen again and again. In between all those hues and cries about it we are always looking for it. And that's the human nature, we fight with , we try to overpower what we want and need most. Actually this whole feeling of liking someone , to be with someone , to be cared by someone is quite like rain. We like rain because it brings about a change in the monotonous life that we live , it sets the mood away from the worries for a little time when it comes along and then becomes the reason for most of the worries{ :) }. Rain is enjoyed more by the people who sits in their home and hope that if they could just experience it than those who are out there in the open and finding a place where they could be not bothered by it. Rain brings along floods and turmoils ,is cursed many a times but is enjoyed with the same spirit every time it comes. And is enjoyed much more when it comes unexpectedly. Substitute "Rain" with "Love" in above lines and nothing actually changes rather it gives a more meaningful reason to those lines.!
People say that to fall for the same mistake again and again is foolishness but is it really being foolish to want something that makes you happy and content. They might be right that people do stupid and foolish things when they fall for someone .But there is actually a rationality hidden in stupidity , there is a reason for doing nothing and no reason for doing everything , there is joy hidden in being foolish , and pain hidden in being practical. Because all we want is someone to be feel connected with ,someone to feel one with and when we find that someone( or we think we have found that someone) we stop looking beyond a certain point, we stop looking at what things might be and start caring for what things really are. And if people find all those things useless and hard to understand then it's actually no one's fault because the best and most beautiful of the things cannot be touched and seen ,they must be felt with a heart.
