Watching hyped Kai poche was a big let down. Except for sushant and the other good looking guy, who were the saving grace really for me. I wished I had seen some thing else instead.
Too fast paced delivery of hindi words like balls aimed at the tiny fellow's bat, left me flummoxed. Their expressions too intense, especially sushant singh, who looked bereft of his beau from pavitra rishta.
One lesson I learned is that being a plain looking tuition teacher is lucrative indeed. For only he got the pretty girl.
Gavaskar's name appeared on the scoreboard when the India australia match was on. As a batsman? And in 2001?
Sadly sushant gets killed by his friend (good looker) which was another letdown. I really thought he would run around umpteen number of green trees in a park with a nice girl whom he met at the stadium, then fall in love, marry and have several kids. Nothing of that sort happened. He was shot dead by his religiously fanatical friend who got out of prison after serving a sentence there, then finally he was seen sitting at the stadium watching sushant's cricketing prodigy batting away fours to the boundary. The dead hero's sister, sitting besides the murderer, turns to him and smiles. How easily she forgave him!
It didn't make sense.
The film ended abruptly. Except for one song, others were so so.
I learned never to watch a hyped movie again.
I wanted to to do kai pochas and wipe away the boring scenes completely.
