What would people read between the lines
would they tread on perilous land mines
reading anguish..self made tragedy
or happiness, peace and melody
will it be interesting, a gripping story
or plain horror, all gory
should it be a good narrative
or a sleep sedative
would someone run for the loo
before our wordy diarrhoea he's thru'
is it gentle and easy
or sickly and squeamy
would it inspire
or make him perspire
will it motivate
or just detonate
worse feelings than he had before
now coming to the core
if our life were a book
open every corner and nook
how would we fare
would it be a nightmare???
