Sometimes we get stuck in a rut thinking that things will never work out - it can seem as though life is an endless struggle. During times like these, it can be helpful to say affirmations such as the following:

"I choose to see life as a process of learning and growing."

"I choose to experience peace and harmony in my life."

Just saying these affirmations can be helpful in shifting our attitude and thus shifting our thoughts and actions in a more positive direction. It is often the simple changes that make a big difference in your life.
