Goosebumps

A goose was arrested in A.P recently. It's crime?
It pecked merrily on kids playing happily outside.
The goose belonged to a man, in whose home it lived.
The police was summoned. They arrested it promptly, tied it to a two wheeler and punished it for hours by denying it food and water.
Moreover the owner was compelled to pay a fine of rupees 300.

Now, tell me folk, in a country where crimes against women (and men!) are on the increase...
where corruption speedily multiplies..
how could the police be so stupid so as to arrest a GOOSE????
a bird???
Are they bird brained too?
On a wild goose chase?

It surely gives me the GOOSEBUMPS!!!!!
