Do you believe in god? Do you pray to god? Our body has two souls, one from the god's side and other from the devil's(demon's) side. Doing good things will weaken the demon and god will dominate us. Then you will start believing that there is no need to go to temple to worship god because you will find god inside yourselves. You just need to remember him once. It wont be necessary to go to temple, because there will be a temple inside you. You will be calm even during the greatest trouble.
