Women.
So hard to understand. So complicated, spontaneous and a Pandora’s box of emotions.
Is It really that difficult to know her as it is hyped? Or have u never tried because shaking your head and exchanging knowing looks with the other gentleman with a sarcastic grin and saying- “Women! duh!” is easier??
I do not want to walk into the clichéd tunnels of old sayings and talk about how much She suffers or goes through in a lifetime transition of being a girl child, a daughter, less privileged than a man, a sister, a wife , a mother and bearing the brunt of one and all. I want to talk about that One Thing which matters the most to her.
You, The Guy, reading this. And everything you think of her.

That one thing which every person lives for is Appreciation. And who else will a woman get that from other than the men in her life?

The approval of being born as a girl child, the blessings of being a good daughter, the care for being the loving sister who puts her brother’s needs before hers, the shower of love for being a girlfriend who devotes loyalty, time and intimacy, the appreciation of being a good wife and the respect for being an understanding mother.

What does she look for all throughout her life except all of the above? Money and timely pleasures are all uncalled for in the Life of a Woman.
She will walk that extra mile to show you how precious you are to her .She will put your needs before hers and will sacrifice and compromise on endless things without a whiff of it reaching you. You will never know how far and long she thinks about what you need and how to get that for you. She will step back quietly when you reach the limelight. She will be the backstage crew, the shadowed mainstream worker who does the hard work and lets you steal the spotlight without a word of complaint. She will sing your praises to one and all, hold her head high and walk with you because That is How much You mean to her.
She will defend you , fight for you and lose her friends because You are now her number One priority. She will be blissfully unaware of what is happening around her because her life revolves around you now. She will make time for you even though her schedule is loaded with everything possible to keep her on her toes all day. She will never let you feel anything else comes before you because You, you mister, have shown her a pinch of love and affection. Now, She will go out of the way to return that amass wealth of tenderness and endearment she has in her heart.
You will never feel a li’l less loved or incomplete,uncared for or alone. She will never let that happen. She will cry the whole day, be it due to PMS, emotional problems, insecurities about you, other environmental factors But when You need her you will always find her coming to You with open arms, a wide smile and no hint of her distress. Because That is How much You mean to Her.

She will worry about you all the time. Whether you ate or not, whether you have a headache, your health, your mood and what not. Now, all your problems become hers. Not because you asked her to, mind you. Because That is How much You mean to her. All of a sudden You are a part of her Whole world. She will include You in everthing she does, everything she wants to do. Your thoughts will cloud her all the time, she will talk about You, think about you, need You close and gradually miss you all the time. Not because she is getting possessive. Because She enjoys having You in Her world.
She will tell You one day that she is in love with You and you will accept it. Suddenly, Her life will be worth living all over again. She will jump with joy, giggle, blush, act like a teenager and forget to act her age. She will be the Girl she ought to be. She will dress up, put in efforts , be at her best all the time, try to be perfect for You and do everything She can think of to never let the magic die. She will hold on to hopes, plans for the future , expectations of living her life and spending more magical, loving moments with her. She will be chirpy, entertaining, funny and amazing. Not because She is trying to pretend or keep You under the Spell. Because That is Genuinely How You make her Feel.

Slowly, She will get so attached she would fear each moment of being away from You. She will get disturbed at small jokes You crack about falling for other Women. She will be scared of not being enough for you, of You getting bored of Her, kissing her , having the daily same old conversation with her. Suddenly, all her energy will go into being extremely attractive and magnetic for You. She knows you by now. She understands your mood swings, your fears, your love. She shudders at the thought of having someone replace her in your life. Not because You are wrong or She is doubtful You will leave her, Not because She needs You and has grown dependent.Because She doesn’t think anyone else can love You like She does.Because anyone else cannot take care of You, cannot know You and your needs like she does.The more She will try, The farther You will walk away.

She will notice the change in You. The way you act distant, how you don’t treat her the same , how the magic is wearing off. She will notice the way you discretely tell her she doesn’t appeal to You that much and The way You find out faults in her and her behavior. She will lose her self-esteem, go into depression and try her best to Save this wonderful thing between You Both. She will talk to her friens, dress up, act sexy and try to entice you back. She will hold her emotions back and not show You the depth of her Never-ending ocean of love just So, You don’t get scared and freak out. No use. You are done with her.

You will get angry, sarcastic, rude and downright unpleasant. She will still hold on to You. You will hurt her in ways unimaginable an She will still Walk with You. People will advice her to stop being so Woebegone and leave You. She will shut her ears and still tend to You. She will lovingly try to dissolve your anger and make You realize you are hurting her. She will sit down and take all the abuse (whether physical or emotional) which you throw at her. She will wait, patiently wait and pray for things to be the same again. She will reprise and remember the old days in which You were her Prince Charming and She was Your Princess. She will crave to be loved and to be made to feel that way again.

Then You will walk out of her life and never turn to even look at her or listen to her pleading cries. She will lose all the emotions she had. Hopes, happiness, love, expectations and turn into something she never thought she would be capable of. She will never trust simply again, she will not bow down and let someone hurt her. She will not get serious and not plan for the future. She wouldn’t waste her time, loyalty and affection. She will forget how to care, how to be warm and appealing. She will not dress up to please. She will learn to Not express and She will never care to impress.

And Then Of course,
She will never love anyone the way She Loved You.
