By A girl who isn’t *beautiful* According to the Indian Standards Of beauty:
I am Fat.
I am ugly.
I don’t have the perfect figure of 36-24-36. I can’t look beautiful in dresses/frocks/skirts etc.
My hair is a mess as they are not the silky straight kind and are rough-dry-curly. My body is covered with stretch marks.
I don’t even fair in studies.
My smile isn’t perfect because after all I have crooked teeth.
I am not fair but dusky.
My nose oh it is an pointed arrow !
Hell yeah, I am a sack full of FLAWS !
Parents worry “ Shadi nahi hogi teri. Pados ke aunty ki beti jaisa haal hoga.”
Relatives, The people described as the ones who find opportunities to criticize us whenever they can find every of these things and start to worry as if they actually CARE.
Haha, Realization of truth, Na they don’t :3
And yeah still these days you find people saying, “Everyone is beautiful/handsome.”
Just a thought to merely SAY.

She was beautiful, but not like those girls in the magazines. She was beautiful, for the way she thought. She was beautiful, for the sparkle in her eyes when she talked about something she loved. She was beautiful, for her ability to make other people smile, even if she was sad. No, she wasn't beautiful for something as temporary as her looks. She was beautiful, deep down to her soul. She is beautiful.
