They asked, ‘Where have you been?
It’s been a long time you aren’t seen’
She smiled faintly wondering what to reply
Strange that someone like me
Had gone so far crossing the sea
And killed that which made her feel,
What made her thought what affection means
With blood-shod hands
Wandering aimlessly in foreign lands
There she came back at last;
And I was there to take the blame
As she and I have the same name.
