In India,in a particular place of Bihar,a toy company began selling realistic baby dolls to expectant mothers.But the apparently after the mum had a child the baby doll would start crying.Eventually the rocking motion advertised to calm it down would't work and you couldn't get it to stop without shaking it.
Eventually when it started to crying the parent would have to beat it and the beating and thrashing would get harder and harder to make it quiet. The only thing that would shut the baby doll was to beat her it in the wall so that it would destroy whatever mechanism triggered the crying.
On more than one occasion though neighbors called the cops to report child abuse,and when the cops arrived they found the bloody remains of infants smeared across the wall and floors. In most cases mum would not understand why the police was there,she just got rid of that stupid doll as she rocked a baby shaped bundle in her arms
