The autumn leaves flutter
Their fate to the ground
Joys fall, shades fade
Winnowing wind whirls around
Once mirth filled nests
Dry and lie in desolation
Is earth giving away
Glimpse of my destination?
Taste of tears amalgamate
With the wine of pain’s delight
Distress of nature invariably
Tranquillises my wrecked heart
Trees ache in mellow fruitlessness
Earth has been forsaken of soul
Soulless Me – Soulless Earth coexist
The conspiracy of sadistic season
Life drawls a lonely song
Away the desires and pleasures stride
Still hopeful, I wait as I writhe
With a tree that lost its pride.
