When we look too far into the distance of our future, we can become overwhelmed but sometimes just to get moving and to climb that first mountain in front of us is where we need to start… no one can do it for us but sometimes we are just lucky enough to find one kind soul who will help us along the way… let them help you but keep in mind your journey is at your very own pace, may it be a sprint or just some tiny baby steps, as long as you are still alive you can keep moving forward.
