If you catch yourself saying, "I can't do it," stop, take a deep breath, and affirm to yourself, "I choose to believe that anything is possible." Take note of how you feel when you shift your thoughts from a negative perspective to one of infinite potential. You may feel immediately lighter, or you may have a burst of inspiration. Simply allow "anything is possible" into your life.
