Was Reading a poem-‘Lines On A Young Lady's Photograph Album’ by Philip Larkin and was impressed by the simplicity of the theme and its treatment. It is a poem by a lover for his beloved with whom he has grown up and now she is someone else’s. The poet is describing his feelings, his nostalgia when he got hold of the album of the young days of his sweet heart which he always wanted to have. But what touched me most was a line in the poem. Somehow the line remained with me and captivated me to write on it…the line was - but in the end, surely, we cry.
Here is something which I wrote around it.

And in the end we cry
not because we are sad
not because we are shy
but we are too happy
that till this long
we have happily survived
And in the end we cry

We miss those moments of past
that has bid us a goodbye
few question in our life
always ends with a why
no matter how hard we try
And in the end we cry

we look back and smile
to all those memories
now floating in the sky
some fades and other dies
and with that smile we cry
