In a state of haziness,
I was smiling and speaking quite less.
Bearing a cold heart,
How shallow, just can't express.
But, amidst the milling crowd,
My senses encountered a voice, too loud.
Words, like your heart you share;
With such absolute care!
And like summer sun to a hopeless night,
Like earnest caress soothes your fright,
I feel so alive, all again;
Like a rainbow after an endless rain.
Bits of my life I color in my dreams;
Life is indeed a miracle, or so it seems.
I lift my eyes to thank the greatness,
Which I was cursing a moment ago.
Everything was always this beautiful;
Life is perfect, or it seems so.
And amidst the cattle class;
The ego that's all the air circulates;
I came through words, like your heart you share,
With such absolute care!
And like summer sun to a hopeless night,
Like earnest caress soothes your fright,
I feel so alive, all again;
Like a rainbow after an endless rain.
Like heartfelt smile on teary eyes;
I feel alive,
So alive!
