A Request to Everyone...

I joined Writer Babu previous year may be some 6 months back . And the journey till date has been fabulous .
I got to meet so many new writers and poets over here .
Got a chance to read their work , interacted with them and got new ideas about writing .

With time my skills improved .
I started to write more frequently which I was unable to do because of my professional obligations and studies .
And for all that I will always be thankful to Writer Babu and all the members here .
These polls , these comments , these interactions I guess they helped all of us to grow as a better writer.

But off late I am seeing different kinds of posts here .
I know it’s completely alright and all of us have the freedom of writing about anything or everything we want .
And ya…of course we have the right to do that .
I am not trying to point out any one or about any thing .

What I just want to say is…. please let us maintain the sanctity of Writer Babu .
Let us not make it like any other social networking website to vent out our anger or frustration or confusions.
Ya..we can do that but in a creative way . Coz that’s what writing is all about .

This website is very close to my heart and I guess that must be the case with many here who have been constantly associated with it .

Writing is definitely a medium for expressing our feelings ,our emotions and those untold stories that lie deep in some corner of our heart .
Along with all that a writer has to be responsible too . We need to keep it in our mind ,that with whom are we sharing our work .

Here on writer babu I guess there are people of all age groups ranging from teenagers to professionals and some who are much senior to us .
Coz creativity is a thread that binds people together irrespective of their age or place or gender or any other societal norm which determines our day to day life .

I know I am nobody to say all these to people over here .
It’s completely the responsibility and the right of the administrators to run the site as they like .
But as an active member what I just wish to see is….. the growth of writer babu with every passing day.
Not only bringing out the best in us but also encouraging new talent to join in and enrich themselves in the path of writing .

N.B : If unknowingly I have hurt anyone with this post , then I am sorry for that…. because I don’t intend to do anything of that sort .
Hope you people understand what I am trying to say .
