The capital city Delhi is going through different phases of radical change after the arrival of new Government at the helm of power. The enforcement of pro-people policies which impacts the life of majority of population living in this city are on the rise. The budget increment in the education and health sector was the first step and then it goes to the phed department such as roads, sever line, sanitation, water supply, and recently the new ODD - EVEN plan for the private car owner by the Government.
कहने का मतलब है कि हमारे भविष्य का निर्धारण करने वाले लोग आज सड़कों पर खड़े हो कर बसों का इंतजार कर रहें हैं | जब इन्हें आम लोगों को रोज होने वाली परेशानी का पता चलेगा तब ये लोग सार्वजनिक परिवहन व्यवस्था को बेहतर बनाने की बात करेंगे | बस और मेट्रो का इस्तेमाल करने वाले लोगों के लिए यह एक मौका है, अपनी दुख दर्द में इन अमीरों को शामिल कर अपने लिए एक समाधान निकालने का |
The huge pressure on the Government by the car lobbies, the threat of slipping of the vote bank from the people of higher middle class, the bad condition of the public transport, and heavy lobbying by the interest group against the implementation of this policies but the Government responded boldly against all the odd situation and this plan is rolled in Delhi on pilot basis for 15 day. The result which are coming are very impressive, becomes the hot topic of debate for people all around Delhi and NCR and when the travel time was cut out by more than half of the time by reducing congestion on road it gives a new life to the city.

एक दिन की बात है | हम महगाई पर बात कर रहें थे | एक साथी ने हमें टोक दिया और पूछा की क्या आपने पिछले कुछ दिनों में दाल ख़रीदी है | चुकीं मैं हॉस्टल में रहता था और खाना मुझे मेस में मिल जाया करता तो कभी जरुरत नहीं पड़ी | उन्होनें मुझे बताया की आप दाल की महगाई के मुददे पर उस दिन बात करना जिस दिन आप खुद दुकान से दाल खरीद कर लायेंगे | जब जेब से 2 सौ रूपया निकाल कर देना पड़ेगा तब कुछ सच्चाई का ऐहसास होगा | यही बात पब्लिक ट्रांसपोर्ट पर लागु होता है | सारे कार में चलने वाले लोगों को पता है कि सार्वजानिक परिवहन काफी दिक्कत होती है लेकिन जब तक उन्हें उस में सफ़र न करना पड़े तब तक इन्हें पता नहीं चलेगा कि असली सचाई क्या है |
जिस तरह से इन्हें अपना कार चलाने के लिए अच्छे सड़क की जरुरत होती है और उसके लिए वो सरकार पर अपना पॉवर पैसा और रुतबा का इस्तेमाल कर सड़क के लिए अपना बजट का आवंटन करवा लेते हैं, उसी तरह अगर हम इसे दुसरे नजरीये से देखे तो जब इन हाई प्रोफाइल लोगो को पब्लिक ट्रांसपोर्ट में चढ़ना परेगा तो पब्लिक ट्रांसपोर्ट की हालात बदलते देर नहीं लगेगी | सरकार को ये मजबूर कर देंगे और पब्लिक ट्रांसपोर्ट के लिए धन का आवंटन करना परेगा तो व्यवस्था को बदलने में देर नहीं लगेगा | और आम लोगो के लिए ये एक वरदान साबित होगा |
So, from the first day this scheme is piloted in Delhi i am analyzing it with a different perspective. The people who use to go to their office via car will now be forced to use the public transport system. This system is already in a bad condition with heavy crowd all across, less connectivity and lower frequency of buses and when upper middle class people will be forced to use public transport system they will automatically form the pressure group for its better condition. This will turn up with more investment and improve the condition of public transport system.
